Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment via Paypal. Any back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may submit your Paypal details via our checkout page over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling 1.Giftgrabba is not responsible for delivery or despatch time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

2. Giftgrabba is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit, all items (where possible) are inspected before they leave any of our premises.

3. Giftgrabba can not guarantee specific delivery dates or times and are not able to advise recipients of impending deliveries.

4. Giftgrabba will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
- Loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.
- Loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier.
- Loss or damage has occurred after dispatch or during transit.

5. Giftgrabba will not be liable for any delay in delivering your order if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as:
-War, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, and compliance with any governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

6. Giftgrabba.com may change or add to these terms and conditions for security, legal or regulatory reasons. We will not use this right to vary the terms of any special offer that may be applicable to you.

7. Relevant UK law will apply to these terms and conditions.

8. 24 hour despatch time is not guaranteed and excludes weekends, bank holidays and all public holidays

9. 24 hour despatch time does not result in recepit of goods within 24 hours

10. 24 hour despatch time is subject to reciept of cleared payment

11. Express Delivery is only available to the UK Mainlands and is not available for weekend delivery.

12. If Saturday delivery is required, then Saturday must be selected as the shipping method when entering the delivery address.

13. The free 2011 Atlas offer is subject to a minimum spend of £14.99 excluding postage and packaging costs. The offer can only be used once per transaction and is subject to availability. Giftgrabba.com reserve the right to withdraw or ammend this offer at any time without notification.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days .

Returns Policy 1. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

2.0 If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this transaction will be your responsibility.

2.1 If following the testing process, the product is found to be faulty and has been returned to GiftGrabba.com within 14 days of the original purchase date we will replace or refund, option to be decided at the time, the product and the cost of returning the item* to the customer.

*GiftGrabba.com will only refund charges for and upto standard 1st class Royal Mail posatge. If the product is found to be faulty then full postage costs shall be re-imbursed to the customer, however, if the product is returned as the customer has changed their mind then the cost of postage shall solely be the customers responsibility in addition to a re-stocking and admin fee to the sum of 15% of transaction value.
